Project Updates:

  • My CTMC project got funded by an NIH/NINDS (K23) award to study music and language processing in coma.

  • In addition, I have received 2 R21s as a PI on eye-tracking in coma, and to study mechanical penumbra in ICH using MRI with DTI.

  • I have also received a DoD funding to study resting state EEG and recovery after TBI, and an internal award by the University to develop an app for “covert tracking” in coma.

  • My first R01 was submitted last cycle and it is pending review.
